Cement

       Grades – 43 Grade / 53 Grade & PPC

  • PPC – Provides Long-term Strength – Produces less Heat of Hydration and Offers greater resistance to the attack of Aggressive Waters

  • Cement produced by grinding Lime Stone / Clay /Silica / Aluminium / Iron Oxide / Laterite and Bauxite

  • Once it becomes powder – it will be mixed and burned in the Klein @ 1400 Degrees

  • It will be called Clinker – It will be cooled – ground to fine powder with Gypsum

  • The final product is called CEMENT – OPC

  • PPC is Manufactured by grinding OPC clinker by adding 15-35% of Pozzolanic Material i.e. siliceous or aluminous

TMT Bars

  • Virgin Raw Materials sourced from Reputed Mines – Mixing done as per the grade requirement

  • Heated material will be poured in Continuous Billet Caster · Billets will be cut into the required size to Manufacture TMT Bars ·

  • The process involves rapid quenching of the hot bars through a series of water jets after they roll out of the last mill stand.

  • · The bars are cooled, allowing the core and surface temperatures to equalize- the TMT bars have a hard outer surface and a softer core.

  • · This helps in making the steel corrosion-resistant and also increases its ductility. · TMT Bars are Thermo – Mechanically – Treated through leading world tempcore-based technology for high yield strength.

Our expert team will go through the process followed by the manufacturer before procuring TMT Bars
